Dr Jenny Loo, PhD.
Dr. Loo is a Senior Audiologist from the Centre for Hearing Intervention and Language Development (CHILD), Department of Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery, National University Hospital in Singapore, where she joined since 2001. She is also an adjunct senior lecturer at the National University of Singapore (NUS). She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Audiology with 1st class honours from the National University of Malaysia in 2001 and subsequently obtained an MSc Audiology (Distinction) from the University of Southampton (UK) in 2005. In early 2012, she was awarded a PhD from the Ear Institute, University College London (UK). She has many years of clinical experience working with hearing impaired children and adults, as well as in assessing children with auditory processing disorder (APD). Her research interest mainly focus on APD in children and hearing impairment in elderly with dementia.
